미션21(이하 “회사”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 미션21 플랫폼 및 관련 서비스(AI 설교 콘텐츠, 교회 지도, 스마트굿뉴스, 말씀톡, 교적·재정 등, 이하 “서비스”)에 적용됩니다.
회사는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 또는 이용 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다. 다만, 관련 법령이 정한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다(예: 전자상거래법에 따른 계약·결제 기록 등).
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 근거가 있거나 이용자의 사전 동의가 있는 경우에 한해 제공합니다.
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 업무를 외부에 위탁할 수 있으며, 수탁자에게 개인정보 보호 의무를 계약으로 부과합니다.
교회의 콘텐츠는 교회의 것입니다. 교회가 업로드하거나 서비스로 생성된 모든 콘텐츠의 소유권은 전적으로 해당 교회·이용자에게 있습니다.
회사는 이용자의 콘텐츠를 외부 AI 모델의 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 성도 정보에 대해서는 교회가 개인정보처리자이며, 회사는 위탁받아 처리하는 수탁자로서 교회의 지시에 따라서만 처리합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수하며, 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 조치합니다.
회사는 로그인 상태 유지, 환경설정 저장, 서비스 이용 분석을 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
회사는 비밀번호 암호화 저장, 접근 권한 통제, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 기록 관리 등 개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위한 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Mission21 (“the Company”) values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy applies to the Mission21 platform and related services (AI sermon content, church map, Smart Good News, Malssamtalk, membership & finance, etc.; “the Services”).
As a rule, the Company destroys personal information without delay upon account withdrawal or once the purpose of use is fulfilled. Where required by law, information is retained for the period prescribed (e.g., contract and payment records under e-commerce law).
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties as a rule, except where there is a legal basis or your prior consent.
To operate the Services, the Company may consign the following tasks to external providers, imposing data-protection obligations on them by contract:
Your church's content belongs to your church. All content uploaded by a church or generated through the Services belongs entirely to that church/user.
The Company does not use your content to train external AI models. For member information, the church is the data controller and the Company acts solely as a processor, processing only under the church's instructions.
You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information. Submit requests to the contact below; the Company will act without delay as required by law.
The Company uses cookies to keep you signed in, save preferences, and analyze service usage. You may refuse cookies via your browser settings, though some features may then be limited.
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
The Company implements technical and administrative safeguards for the safe processing of personal information, including encrypted password storage, access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access-log management.
The Services are not directed to children under 14, and the Company does not knowingly collect their personal information.
