These Terms govern your use of the Mission21 platform and related services (AI sermon content, church map, Smart Good News, Malssamtalk, membership & finance, etc.; “the Services”) provided by Mission21 (“the Company”), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Art. 1Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Services, the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Art. 2Definitions

• Services — the Mission21 platform and all related services provided by the Company
• User — any member or non-member who uses the Services under these Terms
• Member — a person who registers an account and uses the Services (typically a church and its administrators)
• Content — sermons, documents, images, data, etc. uploaded by a user or generated through the Services
• Paid Services — subscription features the Company offers for a fee

Art. 3Effect & Amendment of Terms

These Terms take effect when posted within the Services. The Company may amend them within the bounds of applicable law and will give notice in advance of any change. If you do not agree to the amended Terms you may stop using the Services and withdraw; continuing to use the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.

Art. 4Provision & Change of Services

The Company provides AI processing of sermon content (summaries, transcripts, translations, clips, study guides), the church map, Smart Good News, Malssamtalk, membership & finance, and more. The Company may change all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons, giving advance notice of material changes.

Art. 5Registration & Accounts

You become a member by registering an account per the Company's procedures. Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their account and password. You must notify the Company immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.

Art. 6User Obligations

• You must comply with applicable law and these Terms.
• You must not upload content that infringes others' rights (copyright, likeness, personal data, etc.).
• When uploading sermon videos or other works, you must hold the lawful rights to use them.
• You must not disrupt the normal operation of the Services or post illegal or harmful information.

Art. 7Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in the software, trademarks, design and documents that make up the Services belongs to the Company; you may not copy, distribute or commercially exploit them without the Company's prior consent.

Art. 8Paid Services & Payment

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycle and scope are shown at the time of payment, and payments are processed through the Company's designated payment provider. The Company does not store card numbers or payment credentials.

Art. 9Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law (including Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) and the Company's separately stated policy. Services provided free of charge are not eligible for refunds.

Art. 10Restriction & Termination

If you violate these Terms or applicable law, or disrupt the normal operation of the Services, the Company may restrict your use or terminate the agreement after notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).

Art. 11Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, user fault, or third-party service failures. AI-generated output (summaries, translations, transcripts, etc.) is for reference only, and the Company does not warrant its accuracy or completeness. The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Art. 12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to the Services shall be subject to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
